i) Is payment secure?
Yes. To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
For credit/debit card transactions, BH Online LTD adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, with 128 bit encryption. This means that the credit/debit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. So, when using an SSL capable browser, shopping on the Website is the safest kind of transaction possible with a credit/debit card.
We have also subscribed to the Protx Guarantee Program to provide you with complete peace of mind.
ii) What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards in partnership with Protx. We also accept American Express cards.
iii) Is my personal information secure?
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Further, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
iv) What happens if something is out of stock?
If an item that you have paid for is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and advise you of the earliest possible delivery date.
Should you wish to cancel your order at this point, you must immediately send an email to info@BeautifulHomeShop.com stating your order acknowledgement number and that you wish to cancel your order.
On receipt of your email we will issue a full refund or part credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the good/s.

3. Miscellaneous
i) Do you offer interior design services?
We can provide advice over the phone or by e-mail, however this might be limited given the amount of information you can send us.
ii) Do you sell in bulk and/or to trade customers?
Yes, we can provide most of our products in bulk. We are happy to provide trade discounts for bulk orders on certain items, so please e-mail us (info@BeautifulHomeShop.com) for quotes if you are purchasing large amounts.
iii) Where are your products made?
As you may have noted from the About Us page, we source our products from all over the world. We have tried to combine the traditional skills of communities with modern design, to offer you a wide range of products that are simply beautiful. We currently source from Indonesia, South-East Asia, Europe, UK<, Africa and the United States.
iv) What are your guidelines for burning candles safely?
All our candles are sold on the basis that they will be used responsibly, and in accordance with these guidelines.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to a 1/4" every time you light the candle. Always place candles in an appropriate holder, and also on a protected, non-combustible, heat-resistant surface. Never place a candle directly on a table or tablecloth. Votives must always be burned in a votive cup. Place out of reach of children. Burn candles away from drafts.
